About Pock Bier
Pockbier is a brewery that produces creative beers, with the bottle-conditioned ones fermenting in the bottle and showing a yeast deposit at the bottom. It brews on site in a small in-house brewing lab using a modified brew kettle with a lauter tun, and offers its beers in bottles and in casks. Recipes include standard, black, pilsner and red beers, as well as fruit beers, beers with roasted malts, rose-petal beer and herb-infused beers using ingredients from its own farming.
