Chomout is a craft brewery from Olomouc in the Czech Republic, founded in 2014 in the village of Chomoutov as a small brewery with a pub and beer garden. It brews unfiltered, unpasteurised beers from barley and rye malts and Žatec hops, with a core range of four beers including a Czech pale lager, an amber lager, a pale ale and a session IPA. The beer is now brewed at the Jarošov brewery for larger volumes and sold through supermarket chains in Moravia.
