Brasserie Garland is an organic farm brewery in Algans, in the Pays de Cocagne area of southern France, between Toulouse, Albi and Castres. It grows its own barley and hops, malts the grain on site, and brews unfiltered, unpasteurised beers under the Karland name using water from the Montagne Noire. The brewery also sells beer directly from the farm and offers tap rental.
