Kauri Brewery is a small organic microbrewery on a farm in the south of Finistère, Brittany, France. It brews hoppy pale ales, dark ales, saisons and spontaneously fermented beers, using Breton malt and some Breton hops, and also makes a small amount of cider from its orchard when the harvest allows. Beers are sold at the brewery on set days, through local shops, bars and restaurants in Brittany and the wider west of France, and shipped across Europe.
