Hechtbräu Zimmern is a small brewery in Zimmern, near Pappenheim in Germany, run by Bernhard Hecht. The company brewed its own beer on a small automated brewing system until it ended its in-house brewing at the end of 2025 after a fire. Its three main beers are now contract-brewed under the Hechtbräu brand and sold mainly in bottles and kegs from Zimmern and through a retailer in Treuchtlingen.
