Säger Bräu is a small brewery located in a former sawmill in the Fränkische Schweiz region of Germany, alongside an adventure mini-golf course and a beer garden. The brewery started with home brewing during training and moved to contract brewing in 2020, with its own brewing equipment added from 2022. It brews a Hell and a Dunkel beer as well as small batches of specialty beers.
