About Watt Bier
WATT Bier is a small brewing operation on the island of Sylt in Germany, part of a local manufactory that also makes sea salt and pasta. The beers are brewed with condensate from North Sea water obtained as a by-product of sea salt production, combined with deep fresh water from the island. Output is limited to around 500 litres per week across four beer styles: Blondes, Dunkles, a Pale Ale and Malziges.
