Birra Alta Quota is an artisan brewery in Cittareale, in the province of Rieti, Italy. It brews beers using barley, spelt and Senatore Cappelli wheat grown on its own land, along with spring water from the Alta Valle del Velino, and it experiments with unusual added ingredients. The brewery started in 2010 in a small former school building and later moved to larger premises, including a newer facility in the craft area of Cittareale.
