Fujizakura Heights Beer (富士桜高原麦酒) is a craft brewery founded in 1997 at about 1,000 m elevation on the northern foot of Mount Fuji, in Japan. It brews German-style beers using German brewing techniques, soft water from the mountain, and selected malt, hops and yeast. Its range includes pilsner, weizen, rauch (smoked) and schwarz weizen, and it sells through its own shop and several online marketplaces.
