About NC State Brewery
The Wolfpack Brewing Lab is a research and teaching brewery run by the Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences department at North Carolina State University, housed in Schaub Hall since 2006. It trains students for the fermented beverage industry and supports local, state and national brewers with research using chemistry, microbiology, engineering and sensory analysis. The lab brews beers such as a pilsner and a red ale, and it offers a brewing science minor for undergraduates.
