Barossa Distilling Co is a distillery in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, founded in 2016. It started with craft gin and now also makes vodka, liqueurs, whisky, brandy, and cocktail-based products, many inspired by Barossa botanicals. The company runs a tasting room and cocktail bar at the Old Penfolds Distillery at Provenance Barossa.
