Joadja Distillery

Joadja Distillery is a Southern Highlands, New South Wales distillery that operates on the historic Joadja site. It makes single malt whisky, which is matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, along with gins, liqueurs, vodka and vermouth. The distillery grows its own barley on site.
