Spring Bay Distillery is a Tasmanian producer of single malt whisky and other spirits, with a grain-to-glass distillery in Cambridge and a coastal cellar door at Spring Beach on Tasmania's east coast. The company also sells gift packs, single cask whiskies, spirits and merchandise, and offers distillery experiences. It was established in 2015.
