Waubs Harbour Whisky is a family-run single malt whisky distillery on the east coast of Tasmania, Australia, in Bicheno. The company makes, matures and bottles its whisky on the coast, in a site that was previously an oyster hatchery. Its range includes a cask-strength single malt released in small batches, and it offers tours and tastings.
