Cachaça Tiê (Fazenda Guapiara)

Cachaça Tiê is a Brazilian cachaça producer based at Fazenda Guapiara in the Terras Altas da Mantiqueira mountains, in Aiuruoca. The brand makes cachaça in traditional pot-still (alambique) style, and the site describes its spirits as shaped by the local terroir. The estate's history dates back over 300 years, and the current owners began restoring the property in 2003.
