Apikol is a craft meadery and distillery in downtown Quebec City, working with its own bees and local urban agriculture. It produces mead and honey-based spirits such as vodka, gin, honey eau-de-vie and herbal honey liqueurs, all made from 100% pure honey. The company offers guided tours and tastings at its Saint-Roch location.
