Destilería Alto Colchagua

Gin Provincia is a gin producer based in the Colchagua Valley of Chile, operating a distillery called Alto Colchagua near San Fernando at the foot of the Andes. It makes gins using copper stills and botanicals from the region and Patagonia, with several expressions including Andes Dry, Botánica, Mandarina, Patagonia and a limited edition made with artist Camilo Huinca. The company says it was founded in 2017.
