Chongqing Shixian Taibai Liquor is a baijiu (Chinese liquor) producer based in Wanzhou, in the Three Gorges reservoir area of Chongqing, operating as an integrated production, education and research company. Its range includes named series such as Shuangshi, Shengtang, Huaci and Yujiuwang, along with custom and national-style lines, and the site describes sourcing sorghum, local spring water and aged pit-cellar fermentation. The company says it was reorganised with Luzhou Laojiao in 2017, which brought in that firm's brewing technology and quality control system.
