The company makes strong-aroma (Wuliangye-style) baijiu using solid-state fermentation and grain-only brewing, with a base-liquor production capacity of about 100,000 tonnes and storage capacity of about 160,000 tonnes. It sells its own brands, including the Jintan Yuye and Gaozhou series, and also supplies bulk base liquor.
