Cook Islands Distillery is a small, family-owned distillery that makes gin, vodka and rum in the village of Nikao on Rarotonga, Cook Islands. Its Tavake range uses local ingredients such as star fruit, vanilla, pineapple bark and rainwater. The company also sells merchandise, including T-shirts, and its spirits are sold across Rarotonga and Aitutaki.
