Brændt Spirits

Brændt Spirits is a distillery project under development on a historic farm in Holmstrup near Lumsås, Denmark, with views over the Kattegat. The founder is converting a historic farm building into the distillery, and the distillation equipment and bottling machine have already been acquired while renovation is still ongoing. The plan is to start with gin and snaps, later moving into barrel-aged spirits such as whisky and rum, and to open the farm to visitors for tours, tastings and events from summer 2027.
