About

Nordisk Brænderi is a Danish micro-distillery that produces spirits, including whisky, gin, aquavit, snaps and rum, and sells them through its online shop. It also runs a subscription club and has won international awards for its own products and some private-label spirits. Its products page describes a spirit made from the final part of the distillation run, and mentions a fire that damaged its malt house in July 2026.
