Hacienda Caravaca is a distillery in the Andean foothills about 45 minutes from Quito, Ecuador. It ages its spirits in a cellar holding more than 40 casks of various oak types and former wine, sherry and bourbon barrels, and runs a bar with a large selection of world whiskies plus tastings, guided visits and whisky-blending workshops.
