Ron Cihuatán is a rum distillery in the Cihuatán Valley of El Salvador, founded in 2004 and described as the country's first and only distillery. The company controls the whole process from sugarcane cultivation through ageing and bottling, and ages its rum in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and other selected casks in warehouses at about 275 metres above sea level. Its website also includes a section for becoming a distributor.
