Birdie is a craft distillery in Lille, France, producing a range of four gins made in a copper pot still in small batches. Each gin is built around a signature botanical, and the company offers visits, mixology sessions and gin-making workshops at its premises. Its products are sold directly from the distillery and through independent retailers and bars in France and Belgium.
