About

Maison Colnet is a family-run artisanal producer that harvests and makes honey, candied and confectionery items, and fruit products. It also operates a small distillery at Trondes, near Toul, which distills customers' fruit mash in a wood-fired still. Its own orchard supplies fruit for its products.
