    GAEC Tisserand is a family farm in the Fougerolles area of the Vosges Saônoises, combining dairy cattle farming with fruit growing. The farm distils its own fruit spirits, mainly kirsch from cherries, along with mirabelle, Williams pear and plum eaux-de-vie, and an aperitif. Sales are made at the farm, in local shops and by mail order.
