Manoir de Durcet is a family-run farm in the Orne bocage of Normandy, combining dairy production with cider-making. It produces cider, poiré, pommeau, calvados, apple and pear juices and cider vinegar from its own orchards. The estate offers tastings at the farm and can show visitors the calvados ageing cellars on request.
