Qimerioni is a Georgian winery and spirits producer founded in 2012 in the village of Chumlaki in the Gurjaani district of the Kakheti region. It makes qvevri wines from its roughly 100 hectares of vineyards, along with brandy and chacha (grape spirit). The company runs a closed production cycle with its own laboratory, temperature-controlled tanks and presses.
