Back

Back is a family-run farm in Hörvelsingen on the Swabian Alb in Germany, founded as a distillery in 1967 and now also operating a cider press, farm shop and guest rooms. It distils fruit from its own orchards, including Albecker pears, mirabelles, Williams pears, sloes and hazelnuts, into eaux-de-vie and liqueurs, and makes a juniper gin from berries harvested locally. The estate also offers festival equipment and sells its products through its shop and selected retail partners.
