Birkenhof-Brennerei is a family-run distillery in the Westerwald region of Germany, operating since 1848 and now in its eighth generation. It produces spirits including whisky, gin, rum, liqueurs, fruit brandies and aperitifs, and runs an on-site shop and visitor destination. The company also took over the product range of the Struthof-Brennerei in Unnau.
