Brennerei und Destillathek Dietz is a small family-run distillery and tasting venue in Pfedelbach-Windischenbach near Öhringen in the Heilbronn-Franken region of Germany. It grows grapes, table fruit and other fruit trees, and distils fruit brandies, liqueurs and spirits from its own harvest. It also operates the Schnapsdrossel tasting room, offering wine and spirit tastings, food service and guided wine and distillate walking tours.
