Brennerei Junger

Brennerei Junger is a family-run private distillery in Germany, now in its third generation. It produces fruit spirits (Obstbrände) and liqueurs, using fruit from the surrounding region, including unsprayed orchard fruit from its own trees. The still is wood-fired and pear varieties are distilled by single variety.
