Edelobstbrennerei Eder

Edelobstbrennerei Eder is a family-run fruit distillery on the Wachingerhof organic farm in Bad Feilnbach, Bavaria. It makes fruit brandies, liqueurs, gin and other spirits, and also sells direct from its farm shop, including apple and quince juice, honey and apple vinegar. The company dates its distilling operation to 1887.
