Hausbrauerei Altstadthof is a traditional brewery in Nuremberg's old town that also runs its own whisky distillery, AYRER's Whiskydestille. The company brews organic beers, including Nuremberg red beer, and distils organic single malt whisky and other spirits, some of which are aged on site.
