Spezialitätenbrennerei Assulzerhof is a distillery and restaurant (Gastwirtschaft) located in a hamlet at the southern edge of the Odenwald, near Mosbach. The site describes it as surrounded by orchards and pear-tree avenues. It makes fruit spirits, mainly pear and apple brandies from old fruit trees as well as distillates from wild fruits such as elderberry, sloe and rowan berry.
