Canava Santorini Distillery (Loukas E. Lygnos)

Canava Santorini is a distillery on the island of Santorini in Greece, operating a museum and producing traditional spirits in copper alembic stills. Its main products are tsikoudia (a grape-based spirit) and ouzo, made using a slow, traditional process with local ingredients such as dried Santorini grapes and anise. The company was founded in 1974 and moved to its current installations in 2012.
