Papa Rouyo is a micro-distillery in Goyave, Basse-Terre, Guadeloupe, that makes agricultural rum (terroir agricole) from freshly harvested pure cane juice. The cane is grown by hand on identified plots, and the rum is double distilled in pot stills and aged. The distillery also offers guided tours and tastings.
