    About

Distillerie Franciacorta is a grappa and spirits producer in the Franciacorta area of Italy, operating from a restored medieval settlement in the region. The company makes grappa and other distillates from grape pomace, using a low-temperature cooling and double-filtration method on the base spirit. The site says it has been distilling since 1901.
