About

Distillerie Saint-Véran is a craft distillery located in the Queyras region, in a hamlet of the highest commune in Europe. It makes spirits that combine local plants, spices and fruit with the terroir of the area. The company opened its doors in February 2025 after its founders developed the project from 2021.
