Tenute Collesi Distilleria (Collesi)

Collesi is an Italian company that runs a grappa distillery in Apecchio, in the Marche region, which opened in 2001. The group also operates a brewery, the Fabbrica della Birra, which started producing beer in 2008 using barley grown on its own farm. The company says it grows most of its own raw barley on roughly 200 hectares of farmland.
