Hatomamuse Co., Ltd. (鳩正宗株式会社)

Hatomamuse Co., Ltd. is a sake brewery in Towada, Aomori Prefecture, Japan, which makes its products from local water, rice and labour. It was founded in 1899 under the name Ineshō Masamune and was later renamed Hatomasa. Its range includes special junmai and junmai sake as well as daiginjo and ginjo sake, made with Aomori-grown rice.
