Umayado Distillery is a rum producer in Higashikagawa, Kagawa Prefecture, Japan, which opened in spring 2023 in a converted former agricultural cooperative warehouse. It makes rum from molasses left over from wasan-bon sugar production, along with a crafted cola syrup made from the same molasses. The site also includes a tour area, tasting space and a retail shop in Takamatsu.
