Minami Shuzo is a sake and shochu producer based in Kunisaki, Oita Prefecture, Japan, founded in 1868 (Meiji 1). It makes barley shochu under the brands Toppai, Kinaya and Seki no Shita, and also runs a sales channel for these products with gift sets and cask-aged editions.
