Oimatsu Shuzo is a Japanese distillery and sake brewery located in Hita, Oita Prefecture, in the mountains near the Fukuoka border. The company has produced sake and later shochu, and now makes a range of liqueurs using local fruit such as plum wine and citrus. It is a long-established producer that draws on local spring water.
