Okuhida Shuzo is a sake brewery in Gero's Kanayama town in Gifu Prefecture, Japan, founded in 1720. It brews sake using spring water from the confluence of the Hida and Mase rivers and Gifu-grown sake rice, with its own in-house brewmaster. The company also produces liqueurs such as yuzu and plum wine, along with shochu and vodka.
