Saga Shuzo is a sake brewery in the Saga Plain of Saga Prefecture, Japan, founded in 1688 according to its history pages. It produces Japanese sake under the brand names SAGA and Umegaya, flagship label Madonomume, along with honkaku shochu and liqueurs made with Saga-grown barley. Its products include fruity sake and shochu aged in long-term barrels.
