Sapporo Shusei Kogyo is a Japanese company based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, founded as a shochu maker. It produces the honkaku shochu brand Kitasato at its own plant in Atsuokabe, southern Hokkaido, and also makes wine, whisky, liqueurs and gin from Hokkaido-grown ingredients.
