Tankyu Distillery

Tankyu Distillery is a craft distillery in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, Japan, making single-malt whisky and gin. It runs as a public-private partnership with the local town government and offers distillery tours and a private cask ownership programme. Its products are made with spring water from the Daisetsuzan mountains.
