Uehara Shuzo is an awamori distillery in Itoman, on the southern part of Okinawa Main Island in Japan, founded in 1947. It resumed awamori production in 2021 after a dormancy period and uses an electronic technique in its production. Its products include the Nanto Shinsen and Itoman awamori brands and a black vinegar drink.
